Tapia Park is one of the most popular portals into Malibu Creek State Park. Located south of the main entrance to Malibu Creek State Park on the west side of Las Virgenes Road, Tapia Park offers hiking, biking and equestrian trails, including access to the Backbone Trail. Malibu Creek flows through the park. An abundance of large oak trees and gentle creekside terrain make this park a favorite picnic area.
