Piuma Overlook
Directions & Map
Located on Piuma Road east of Malibu Canyon, the Piuma Overlook provides spectacular views of Monte Nido, Saddle Peak, Malibu Canyon and Lagoon, Malibu Creek State Park, and Catalina Island.
The Overlook is reached via twisty Piuma Road. There are two turnouts on the south side of the road that peer into the Malibu Canyon Gorge which is over one thousand feet deep. The higher of the two turnouts includes the best view of historic 110-foot high Rindge Dam. One can see far out into the Pacific Ocean in one direction, and the beautiful Las Virgenes Valley in the other. The
